Is a Photo ID required to tour an apartment?
Yes, any over the age of 18 must provide government-issued photo identification prior to viewing an apartment.
Do you require renters' insurance?
Yes. We offer the convenience of including the cost of renters insurance with your monthly rent or you can provide your own 3rd party policy. Requirements are provided to you after your application is approved.
How much is the application fee?
The application fee is $90 per person.
How much is the administration fee?
The administration fee is $200.00.
Is there a deposit?
Upon approval of credit, the security deposit required is $100. If the application comes back conditional, the deposit is equal to one month's rent.
Do you allow pets?
Yes! We love pets at Breckenridge Park!
Here is the pet policy:
Pets must complete a PetScreening application. Pet Profile rates vary from $0-$20 per pet. For more information regarding PetScreening, visit www.petscreening.com.
One-time fee: $400 per pet.
Monthly pet rent: $30 per pet.
Poo Prints: $50 DNA registration fee.
No breed or weight limit restrictions.
Limit of 3 pets per apartment.
Do you have a student waitlist for the fall?
Yes! To qualify, you must move in between May and August. For more information about the rates, please contact the office at 601-705-0816.
Do you have a Preferred Employers Program?
Yes, we offer exclusive savings to applicants who work for select area employers. Contact our leasing office for more information.
